Working on our fourth book on Web3 — 𝐀 𝐋𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐚𝐧’𝐬 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐂𝐫𝐲𝐩𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲.

As part of the process, I’m being guided by and drawing insights from “𝑹𝒆𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕 𝒐𝒏 𝑪𝒓𝒚𝒑𝒕𝒐 𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒕𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝑰𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒂: 𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑪𝒂𝒔𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏”, prepared by Gujarat National Law University under the leadership of Prof. (Dr.) S. Shanthakumar and team.
Technology cannot be viewed in isolation from regulation — especially in India’s current policy landscape.
