Heartland Elite Promotions - Founder Story, Jason England

Heartland Elite Promotions started with a step of faith and a willingness to say yes before everything was figured out.

Alongside my friend Darryl Peavler, we brought Kentucky’s first mobile LED trailer to our communities with a simple idea: help local businesses get seen. The plan was straightforward - mobile billboards in high traffic areas scrolling ads.

Then the world shut down.

What could have ended the business became the moment that defined it.

Churches preparing for Easter reached out. Schools needed a way to celebrate graduates. Communities were searching for ways to gather safely and still feel connected. Almost overnight, the mission shifted from advertising to activation. From selling screen time to creating moments.

Parking lots became sanctuaries.
Screens became stages.
Events that could’ve been canceled became memories.

As the business grew, life changed too. Career transitions and a deeper calling to invest in family and ministry led to a new season of leadership. I became the sole owner of Heartland Elite Promotions with a clear focus: serve communities well, honor relationships, and deliver professional experiences without losing the hometown heart.

Now entering year six Heartland Elite Promotions supports events across the Southeastern states from churches and junior golf tours - city governments, schools, tourism offices, chambers, and civic organizations. If it gathers people, tells a story, or elevates a moment, we’re all in.
