Phase 1 is done.
Four weeks ago, 35 people started Batch 01 of the Noyan Digital Amazon Talent Training Program. They'd been selected from 300+ applications.
12 sessions. 9 exercises. Four weeks of deadlines with nobody chasing them.

That's the number worth paying attention to. Not because the work was complicated, but because doing it properly, on time, every time, without supervision is exactly where most people stop.
What they covered: how sales actually happen on Amazon. Why customers actually buy. CTR, CVR, keywords, competitor selection, ACOS, and TACOS the thinking layer underneath the platform, before anyone touches a seller account.
Next: they come into the office.
Months 2 and 3 are physical - Seller Central, listings, SEO, inventory, pricing, the full PPC stack, product launches. Real work, not theory.
At the end: a Certificate of Completion. And we hire from every batch.
