Just like this photo - your journey will be messy. It’ll be up and down and sideways. Some days you will be rolling over in the pain of discomfort, and other days you will be riding the highs of the unknown. 🔄💫

But let me tell you - if you never say yes. If you don’t start. You will be the same person you’ve always been. If you don’t agree to move your life forward, however that looks for you, you will stay stagnant. 🚫👣

If you continue to work towards someone else’s dreams, on someone else’s time, at the limit they cap your income at, your soul will continue to scream out for your attention. You have a purpose to fulfill here. 🌟💼

If you continue to make choices based on how others think of you, aka people pleasing, and in turn taking on others’ energy, you will continue to be depleted. You didn’t come here to please anyone. You came here to evolve and grow and expand. And this is where you’ll need to be selfish. It’s no one else’s job to make you happy or successful, and it’s not your job to please people who don’t agree with how you live your life. 🤷‍♀️💖

If you don’t start connecting to your body, and listening to its cries, you will stay sick. This body is its own organism. It has its own mind. Learn it. Become friends with it. And prioritize it above all because it’s the temple that brings you through this life experience. 🏛️🌱

This may be the slight push you need to take that leap. I hope it is. I hope you can find courage, against all odds, to do whatever your soul aches for. I hope you start believing in miracles. 🌈✨

So what that people will judge you? So what if you choose to eat, work, talk, believe, pray, and play differently than others? The ones judging you hate themselves more than you. 🤷‍♂️💔

Hey Insta-fam! 🌟 Let's talk about fear today. We've all experienced it at some point in our lives, that little voice inside our heads that whispers doubts and insecurities. But guess what? Fear doesn't have to hold us back. As this quote wisely puts it, "Action cures Fear. Indecision, postponement, on the other hand, fertilizes fear."

Think about it – how many times have we found ourselves paralyzed by indecision? We get caught up in the "what ifs" and the endless cycle of overthinking. But what if we flipped the script? What if we decided that every step forward, no matter how small, is a step away from fear and towards growth?
