I know this looks like many other ads, but we have multiple rentals in the area so we use a template that includes all the information we have been requested. This is NOT a scam; we will not collect any money until you have seen the property and meet with someone in person. We have been residents of Barron County over 30 years, as with any business you will have unhappy customers but we also have many happy tenants that would gladly return.
NO Bedroom/Efficiency.

Small caged pets - No pet deposits, $10/month addition to the rent owed for each one, limit 4 total small pets.
