As a New Jersey girl, I’ve spent years searching for a bagel in Tennessee that actually tastes like home. 🥯

I’ve had Benji’s Bagels before, but every time I’m reminded why they’re my favorite. They’re hands-down the closest thing I’ve found to a true New Jersey bagel here in the Nashville area—perfect texture, great chew, and just the right flavor.

If you’ve been looking for an authentic bagel, this is your sign to give Benji’s a try.

Severe weather season is here 🌪️⛈️ One thing I always keep in my emergency bag is a portable charger because losing power is stressful enough without losing your phone too.

What’s one product YOU always keep in your emergency bag? Drop your must-haves in the comments so we can all be better prepared

The 7th is here 👀⛽
Time to grab that gas deal at Speedway or 7-Eleven before the day’s over.

Some of the most freeing words I’ve ever read: “Let Them.”

Not everyone will understand you, choose you, support you, or agree with you — and that’s okay. Growth starts when you stop shrinking yourself to fit inside other people’s expectations. 🤍

Small, bold, unapologetic steps really do change your life over time.

There was a time in my life when I desperately needed kindness — the quiet kind, the patient kind, the kind that reminds people they’re still worthy even on their hardest days. That’s why I’ll always believe kindness matters more than we realize.

Be radically kind. You never know what someone is carrying silently. 🤍

There’s something about New York that always makes me reflective. Maybe it’s the movement, the lights, or the reminder that life keeps changing so quickly.

This weekend reminded me how important it is to slow down long enough to truly take it all in. I got to meet the newest little members of our family for the first time, surprise my nieces with hugs I’ve been waiting to give, celebrate my brother’s engagement, and spend time getting to know the people who will now become part of our family too.

So much can change in a year, in a season, even in a moment. And lately, I’ve been realizing how grateful I am for the people who make life feel steady through all of it.

Chat GPT really nailed this one...

Here's the prompt if you want to try...

Using the sent photo to make the face.
Create artistic portrait in black and white, close-up of a woman lying down, captured in an intimate silence. Only half of the face is in evidence, highlighting the expressive, deep eye, framed by long eyelashes and dark smoky makeup, which conveys intensity and mystery. The eyebrows are striking and well-defined, enhancing the look.
Hair falls loosely and naturally onto the pillow.
The woman rests her head on her arm, with her hand gently raised in front of her face, creating antic pose.
The light is soft and directional, forming striking contrasts between shadows and illuminated areas, emphasizing skin texture and depth of look. Artistic, elegant, dramatic, high-photographic set, realism with magazine photography atmosphere

Nothing beat seeing Norah’s face light up when she spotted me getting her off the school bus on Friday 🥹💛 The best surprise and the sweetest way to start the weekend.
