“DIGITAL” WORKSHOP
💻📝🎉
The pandemic don’t have an end date and new ways to collaborate remote are growing fast. It’s a new lifestyle that is here to stay since lots of job providers will allow remote work even after covid crisis is over.
At KRIG we have been working remote since years back, long before the pandemic. So the only real change for us is that our partners and clients are more comfortable with the arrangement. Of course we are eager to see how companies, organisations and individuals develop their digital hangouts.
The other week we held a workout on the subject “digital activism” and to get the feeling of IRL we used a regular whiteboard and post-its. We didn’t aim to mimic the “office like” meetings, rather creating a feeling of recognition in this new context for most participants. If we can get it homely, it feels more safe, and hopefully people dare to talk more freely.
Besides crappy post-it’s that fell off the board, the workshop resulted in valuable insights that became the foundation for us to continue the process and create a better concept. The issue with non-sticky notes was solved with a digital version of the whiteboard after the workshop and yes, we have ordered new post-it’s for all upcoming hybrid workshops.
