Hey Real Estate Agents want to know how to BUILD YOUR BRAND on Facebook without breaking the bank?

Imagine a marketing budget that doesn’t exceed $20.

This all sounds great…But how do I do this you ask?

Facebook allows you to target your ads so they are only shown to people who are likely to do business with you.

So targeting people that own their own home in the areas you service for example.

This means that you don’t need to waste money showing your ad to people that aren’t going to become your client eg. renters.

For just a $20 budget your ad has the potential to reach up to and over 3,800 people in your local community (if targeting is done correctly).

Facebook can bring in an enormous amount of results from a very little amount of money (Yay for you and your vendors).

This is just an estimate provided by Facebook. Some ads will result in less than the estimated amount and some will result in much, much more.

This all depends on the quality of the ad and the amount of interaction that it gets when it is published.

As a rough estimate of a $20 spend can get you up to 3,800 people seeing this ad.

Hi Real Estate Agents,

Do you know what you should you be focusing on to have a WINNING page?

First of all, stop wasting your time on HOW MANY LIKES YOU HAVE!

That doesn’t matter, I’d much prefer a Business page with 100 Real Estate Agents liking and keenly following my page than 1000 likes from people not really interested in the industry I care about or even care about what I’m posting.

What would be the point in spending your energy trying to engage with an audience that aren’t particularly involved in your marketplace or ever going to invest in?

Think QUALITY not QUANTITY.

So what should you be focusing on for a stella, hand downs- earth shattering page?

ENGAGEMENT! (Did you see how I kind of sneaked that in earlier too?)

When I say engagement, I mean Likes, Shares and Comments on your posts.

In my books engagement is all that matters. If you have engagement on your page you can bet that you have ‘likes’ that ACTUALLY CARE.

Facebook prioritises posts that generate engagement, it perceives that people are seeing some form of value in what you’ve posted therefore placing it at the top of people's newsfeed.

Not to mention you should be consistently publishing content that keeps your followers coming back to your page, this also comes back to what I’ve said previously- all your content should have VALUE.

Manage your mindset on Facebook and each time you go to post change it from:

“How can we sell?” to “How can we help?”

Are you stuck for content ideas on your page?

Do you constantly feel your posting for the sake of being seen on Social Media?

I’ll be honest, I’m not a big fan of daily posts when it comes to having a business page and trying to promote my work.
In branding and marketing you’re taught “The louder you shout, the better you’ll be heard”

One problem here….

What are you contributing to your space, to your brand?
Are you considering who is reading your posts and if they will gain anything from it?

If it’s constant posts where your followers aren’t taking anything away, what’s the point in shouting? Don’t get me wrong sometimes I like to tune out and scroll through Facey and lookout for numerous cat video’s or T-G-I-F posts (insert margarita image).

BUT I save that for my personal page and my “me-time”.
When I’m in biz-ness mode, I like to see and encourage straight up information that leaves the reader feeling somewhat enlightened (or so I hope).

People who view your page or follow you are generally on a mission, so when they see a post by you their eyes might light up a little if you’re consistent with quality posting- so when they see you in their newsfeed let it be a post they KNOW will help them in their mission to success.

In the Real Estate world, your followers are either wanting to sell or buy a home- How can you help them? What advice can you provide? This is your brand you’re the “The Real Estate Expert”.

Have you had trouble with your Facebook Marketing & Identifying the source of the problem?

Here’s a few solid TIPS I usually run by…

Firstly identify what the problem ACTUALLY is:

1) Experiencing LOW ENGAGEMENT? Check the message (copy), your offer or targeting specifics- This could be your main issue.

2) If the REACH is low on your Ad it's usually the audience size, budget or the relevance score.

3) If you're achieving REACH & ENGAGEMENT, yet generating a low percentage of enquiries or leads, the ad is most likely working>>> THEN, it's probably the landing page (where you're sending the traffic) that needs tweaking.

The key to being an effective marketer is identifying what isn't working and what to tweak.

At the end of the day what truly matters is the average cost to acquire a new client is less than the lifetime value of that client.

Here is what I believe is the fastest approach to creating great authentic social media content using LIVE STREAMS and why they are your go to >> right now:

1) Lives don't require much preparation, as soon you get something valuable to share, hit 'go live' and you're away.

2) It's unscripted, raw and authentic....This will save you time down the track finding your true client match who shares your values in business and your brand, while repelling those who just aren’t. And that’s ok!

3) You can save the live stream to your device and repurpose the content across multiple platforms such as YouTube, which can then be shared on Linkedin, Twitter etc.

4) The major social platforms are giving preference to live content in the news feed.

5) Your followers get notified immediately when you go live (it's like a blast email that gets through to the "inbox").

6) You can share a Facebook live (for example) into groups that you run, your business pages and have a targeted impact.
The only thing that might be holding you back is hitting the button and "going live".
