I sincerely thanks the Embassy of Tanzania in France and the CCWU (Chama cha Watanzania waishio Ufaransa) for inviting me last Saturday and for giving me this certificate of recognition. It is an honour for me to represent my country and my culture through my art here in France and beyond borders. I have been living in France for 3 years now, playing in particular with my group RemiTone Music. The creation of Tupo Association in 2021 allowed me to develop percussion and dance classes and thus transmit my cultural heritage. This recognition gives me even more the desire and courage to continue in this direction. Asanteni sana! 🙏🏿

Je remercie sincèrement l’Ambassade de Tanzanie en France et le CCWU (association des Tanzaniens en France) de m’avoir invité samedi dernier et de m’avoir remis ce certificat de reconnaissance. C’est un honneur pour moi de représenter mon pays et ma culture à travers mon art ici en France et au-delà des frontières. Il y a maintenant 3 ans que je suis installé à France, à jouer notamment avec mon groupe RemiTone Music. La création de Tupo Association en 2021 m’a permis de développer des cours de percussions et danses et ainsi transmettre mon héritage culturel. Cette reconnaissance me donne encore plus l’envie et le courage de continuer dans ce sens. Asanteni sana! 🙏🏿
