Every time I pass the BonCap sign, it reminds me of the countless weddings I've photographed there, the laughter shared, the friendships built, and the memories created over so many years.

There is something incredibly special about capturing a family against the backdrop of our beautiful South African landscapes. This recent session with the Van Der Westhuizen family at Doornrivier was absolute magic.

Standing high above the valley with the majestic mountain peaks stretching out behind them, the warmth of the afternoon light perfectly matched the warmth of this beautiful family. It’s moments like these—surrounded by nature, laughter, and the people who matter most—that deserve to be frozen in time.
