When I Talk, I Stutter is an animated series informed by the lived experiences of children, teens and adults, that provides an overview of the daily life of a child and compares their typical encounters that often leave them feeling less than because of the way they talk and how the child’s quality of life would differ if their perspective of stuttering and that of the those around them was non-ableist in nature.

We had the pleasure of working with the amazing folks over at The Arthur Blank Center for Stuttering Education and Research on an animation series. This series explains their C.A.R.E. model.

This series was such a fun process for us. We started with the main pilot animation which was rotoscoped. Then for the supporting animations we drew frames and used ai programming to complete the animation. This was our first project combining classic animation and ai and we learned so much! Excited for this project and the future.

She’s such an inspiring, hilarious, amazing woman and we can’t wait to share her light with the rest of the world.

All my Houston babes need to check this out! Tomorrow 11-3 there’s a self defense class happening with Bruce Lee Wayne. We participated last year and learned a ton.

Carolyn Thomas (The Woman Without a Face) runs the event through her non profit. It’s an excellent way to spend a Saturday and a good way to show support to domestic violence awareness month.

Not to mention Carolyn is the most inspiring woman I’ve ever met. More about her story soon.
