Good morning, friends! 🫶🏻

It’s been brought to my attention through a post made by a recent customer that there may be some unhappiness surrounding orders, and I just wanted to take a moment to share a little bit.

I work a full-time job in a dental office and run Southern Monogram on the side because I truly love creating for y’all. ❤️ A lot of nights you’ll often find me working on orders past midnight, getting up early before work to squeeze in stitching and designing on my lunch break or when I have extra time between patients.

I always do my very best to get orders completed as quickly as possible while still making sure each one is done with care. I also try to give back whenever I can with freebies, giveaways, coffee treats, and little extras tucked into your packages because I genuinely appreciate every single person who chooses to support my small business. 💕

With that being said, After the holiday season, I’ll most likely be stepping back from taking on as much embroidery and focusing more of my time on creating designs for my other shop. (I’ll still be posting here just taking a limited amount of orders on each post)

This little business has meant so much to me, and I’m incredibly thankful for every order, share, comment, recommendation, and kind message. Y’all have allowed me to do something I love💗

Update on the school crews: I should be wrapping up the last few orders this week! Thank y’all SO much for being patient with me. Most of these designs took an hour or longer just to stitch out, so I truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding! 🥰

From this week on it’s Holiday Mode! I can’t wait to start sharing the rest of the super cute designs I’ve been working on with y’all! There are so many good ones coming! 😻
