ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee the Workshop Department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient, safe, and cost-effective management of all workshop operations, including maintenance, repairs, compliance, staff supervision, and continuous improvement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

► Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in workshop operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
► Strong technical knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and commercial vehicle maintenance.
► Demonstrated experience in managing teams and leading high-performing workshop environments.
► Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
► Proficient in workshop management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
