The primary purpose of Business Link Media Group's 40 Under Forty Business Achievement Awards awards gala is to give back to the community while identifying individuals and businesses that greatly contribute to its’ growth and development. 40 individuals under the age of 40 who continue to make noticeable investments in businesses and the community are awarded for their excellence.

On May 28, Business Link Media Group proudly celebrated Niagara’s emerging leaders at the 23rd Annual Niagara 40 Under Forty Business Achievement Awards, held at the Holiday Inn & Suites St. Catharines.

The evening welcomed more than 350 guests as we recognized 40 outstanding entrepreneurs, professionals, and community leaders making an impact across Niagara. Hosted by Jessica Potts and Greg Higginbotham, the celebration brought together recipients, alumni, sponsors, and community partners for an unforgettable evening of recognition and connection.

Special highlights included remarks from Mayor Jim Diodati and Mayor Mat Siscoe, an innovative human robot dance performance by Kavosh from FIRA Canada 2026, and inspiring remarks from presenting sponsor Triple Automation. The evening also celebrated the growing strength of the 40 Under Forty alumni network, now connecting more than 920 alumni across Niagara.

Congratulations to all of this year’s recipients, as well as Felicia Izaguirre Werner, recipient of the 2026 Best in Class Award, and Mayor Mat Siscoe, recipient of the 40 Under Forty Alumni Impact Award.
