Well I have stressed over a cake before but nothing compared to doing this one in our heatwave 🙈
Let’s just say it was fine to the point of collection so here’s hoping it travels well. Vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and buttercream covered in white chocolate ganache. The animals are handmade.

I don’t make wedding cakes (too much stress and legalities) but I couldn’t say no to this one as it was for my friend and I was also a guest to her wedding. I am honoured to be asked in the first place seeing as she herself has also made cakes but she didn’t want to make her own.
The top tier is chocolate and the bottom tier is marbled chocolate and vanilla sponge iced in pale ivory and sky blue.
