‘Lean In Marketing Consultants’ was formed with the objective of providing assistance to professionals who are finding it challenging to market their own services. Through our research it was discovered that marketing and promotion of their services was challenging for professionals mainly in the fields of accounting and lawyers, they were mostly experienced service providers when it came to their
respective fields of expertise but lacked in service promotion skills. The need for effective and personalised service marketing was identified through a preliminary market research. It was observed that 75% of the professionals who we surveyed expressed that they were finding it difficult to identify their target audience and market to them effectively. The services ‘Lean In Marketing’ wishes to provide can be summarised into five core areas:
I. Help clients to identify and define their target audiences. Understand customer’s expectations and perceptions of the client’s services. IV. Strategies to improve customer experiences in order to improve customer satisfaction levels and build customer relationships. V. Work with clients to generate positive references from customer base in order to build credibility for the services. To summarise, Lean in marketing consultancy wishes to assist its clients to reach their full potential by promoting their services effectively to their target customers. This would result in improving their prospecting, increasing their customer base and retaining customers through relationship building. Eventually these should lead to improved customer satisfaction, which would generate positive references, which can be used to build a reputation for the services, which would further assist in their growth.
