Most screen printers will offer heavy, plastisol ink prints as a default print method for all customers who contact them. Plastisol inks are the traditional means of

printing, but are plastic based, non breathable, and heavy. Royal Pennant uses water based inks as the go-to method for our apparel. This process helps to give a super soft and breathable print that is part of the fabric of the shirt. not only does this process feel better, but they are PVC-free, phthalate-free and eco-friendly. On top of that, we don't charge more for this sevice like other shops would!
