This is part of a series we produced for Mandarin Oriental’s first opening in Egypt, taking over the iconic in Aswan.

Featured here is “Black Lemon”, one of our favourites. It’s a house-made cordial of black lemon and fresh zest, deepened by a hot infusion that releases its smoky intensity. Fresh lemon juice sharpens the profile, while sparkling grape juice brings a clean, effervescent finish.
