What if? What if a group of nice, talented and experienced people decided to leave their mega-agency jobs, join together and get back to focusing on the very thing that attracted them to the business in the first place? In 1983, following a 14-year career with some of the biggest ad agencies in the world, Steve O'Leary asked that very question himself, "What if?" Led by his entrepreneurial and humanistic instincts, Steve created a communications company that gave people the chance to create great work in a nurturing environment and share in its rewards. In the over 25 years since then, O'Leary and Partners has worked to fulfill the promise that the mega-agencies have been known to under-deliver on -- both to its clients and to its people. And because of that, Steve's vision has come to life. For a long time our agency has been known for creating creative solutions for all disciplines in the organization. We're passionate and work hard. As you've probably surmised by now, we believe in what we do. We enjoy it. We like the people we work for (our clients). We like the people we work with (our staff and our outside vendors). We also believe in our culture. A culture that's stayed true to Steve's original vision: excellence in a nurturing environment.
