I used to believe that too.

Until I asked myself a simple question:

What happens if I’m gone for 3 months?

The honest answer… everything stopped.

No decisions.
No progress.
No real movement.

That’s when it hit me.

I didn’t build a business.
I built a job that depended on me.

And I see this all the time with business owners.

They’re busy.
They’re working hard.
They’re growing… a bit.

But everything still runs through them.

If they step away, things slow down or break.

That’s not freedom. That’s pressure.
