Pride on ice! 🏒🏳️‍🌈

After countless caffeine-fuelled late nights and transatlantic toing and froing, I am absolutely chuffed to reveal the new official league logo for the Coachella Valley Pride Hockey League!

Palm Springs’ own gay hockey association is hitting the ice later this year with their new four-team league.

The league consists of, The Coachella Valley Bighorns, Coachella Valley Eagles, Coachella Valley Coyotes and the Coachella Valley Roadrunners.

When it came to the league logo design, the spec was to combine all four team mascots into one design and in one consistent style, no pressure.

Four distinct animals, four epic teams, one growing and inclusive community. Meet the ultimate desert squad:

🐐 The Bighorn (bringing the brute strength)
🦅 The Eagle (for that effortless glide)
🦊 The Coyote (pure tactical cunning)
🐦 The Roadrunner (sheer unadulterated speed!)

A business card is a great opportunity to make a lasting first impression. When I redesigned Happy Heat’s website, a lot of effort was put into adding personality to their website. I wanted to bottle that relief and happiness you feel after a heating repair and pop the lid all over the digital experience. So each time I design a new print asset I want to encapsulate that same emotion and personality that makes Happy Heat so unique. A burst of colour, a matching icon set and consistent tone of voice helped to bring the business cards to life and take the brand in a unified direction. 👉🏽 check out their cool website at happyheat.co.uk
