137 North has a new drone in the arsenal and it actually exceeded my expectations. The Mavic 4 Pro’s low light performance and zoom lens lenses are incredible and will make it that much easier to deliver incredible photo and video for my clients. Enjoy these photos of my Alma Mater, , surrounded by the gorgeous fall color we’ve enjoyed this season.

It’s officially Taste Trail Week and it kicked off last week during a Kitchen Takeover event at . 137 North provided photography as three area restaurants participated in a friendly and delicious competition: , , and with Clover Harvest winning with their beautiful locally sourced dish.

The Taste Trail is now running through August 27th at restaurants across York County.

Some stills from a lifestyle photo and video shoot promoting rooftop tent add-on, making their already versatile all-in-one compact trailer that much better. The client wanted a gorgeous natural setting, preferably on the water and, after some searching, I suggested Dreher Island State Park west of Columbia, SC and it ended up being the perfect spot for this shoot.

Here’s a bit of industrial flavor for your feed ⚙️

This past fall, I had the opportunity to work with Scott Automation to capture high-quality product photography of their BladeStop bandsaws—machines designed to help keep hands and fingers safe in high-speed environments (yes, I even got a shot of the graphic reminding users what this safety equipment is there to prevent...).

From lighting and staging to retouching and delivering clean, isolated images ready for web and print, this project was all about precision. I also had a great group on set to help bring each shot together (swipe to see some behind-the-scenes!).

Industrial product photography might not seem glamorous, but I love the challenge of making stainless steel shine (but not too much 😉), showing off engineering details, and delivering results that help brands tell their story.

It’s April and that means Rock Hill’s annual spring festival, Come-See-Me, is just around the corner. Enjoy these photos from years past and did you know that the festival started in 1962? Rock Hill’s gorgeous Glencairn Garden, pictured in several of the later photos in this set, inspired the now 10-day event held in the spring as the azalea blooms reach their peak.
