Job overview:
As an Activation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition for our clients as they enter their HR information into our platform. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, providing guidance and support.
- Assist clients in entering and validating their HR data into our platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct training sessions and presentations for clients, both in-person and remotely, to facilitate their understanding and effective use of our software.

Requirements:

• Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity.
• Take actions to encourage timely debt payments.
• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Weekly update records for aging schedule.

• Prepare stretching and realistic monthly and quarterly Cash Collection targets for review.
