When I first created Word of Mouth - Northern suburbs Cape Town in September 2021, I reached out to friends, acquaintances and local small businesses, to host their services and products on my website.

My experience as a WordPress administrator was enhanced when I offered my services as a social media manager to 9 laundromats in the northern suburbs. Amongst being a general manager, working closely with staff and customers, I put my "customer service satisfaction" into major practice.

Social Media is important to a company, along with marketing and good customer reviews, which gives a good insight to people's perception of the service the company offers. And just as important, is how businesses value what is most vital to the well-being of their company - people.
