I thought it was Friday… 😂 but apparently Thursday had other plans! So today I’m officially calling it Thor’s Day. ⚡️ Thursday comes from Thor, the Norse god of thunder, so I’m taking that as a sign to bring a little thunder, power and good energy into the day. Hammer up, music on, vibes high! I’m listening to Life Is Simple by Salome Das and honestly… sometimes we just need to stop overthinking everything and remember that life really can be simple. Take a breath. Put on some music. Laugh at yourself when you think it’s Friday on a Thursday. And keep moving with good energy. 💚✨

Round two! Last week’s technical gremlins tried to sabotage me, but I’m back! 😂 Let’s talk about the AGE TRAP… because apparently getting older doesn’t mean getting wiser about our own nonsense. 🤣
