Onion Beef Fried Rice Recipe 😍😋❣️

🍂Ingredients:

3 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old and cold)
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots etc.)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying

🍂Instructions:

1.Prepare the rice: Use cold, day-old rice for best results. It's less likely to clump and will fry up nicely.

2.Cook the beef: Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.

3.Sauté aromatics: Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.

4.Add vegetables: Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until tender-crisp.

5.Combine with rice: Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the beef and vegetables.

6.Season: Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to coat the rice evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7.Serve hot: Garnish with green onions or cilantro, if desired.

You will need this classic vanilla ice cream for these hot days :

Ingredients:

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is hot but not boiling (about 170°F to 180°F).
2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
3. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
4. Once chilled, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
5. Once the ice cream is churned, transfer it to an airtight container and place it in the freezer to harden for at least 2 hours.
6. Enjoy your delicious homemade vanilla ice cream!

Note: If you don't have an ice cream maker, you can also place the chilled mixture in a 9x13 inch baking dish and freeze for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until the desired consistency is reached.
