Just ask the larger companies they use it all the time.

They also place consumers inside their rewards programs and double their revenue consistently.

Small businesses can do the same - no need to try and out spend, you can out smart as the technology is literally in the palm of your hands and those of the consumer.

You own their phones or your competition will!

When you know your customers you can focus your attention better to serve them and by doing that you'll train their focus on you and your business.

We got their name, right at the top but blurred out for obvious reasons, their email, phone number (all blurred) and their birthday date.

All info that can be used to invite this person back, more often, after they have redeemed it or if not redeemed, say 14 days later, send them a reminder via email or if all fails a gentle reminder via text message, 'Your offer awaits!'.

This person is now a subscriber to your business that no one can take from you unless they opt-out!

Let's say this is one of your good customers and typically spend R750 every time she and her family visits! They visit once a month.

So 12 times R750 = R9000 per year spend at your joint because she remembers once a month to visit. But what if she was reminded a few times per month that you still exists?!

And because of that she and her family visits twice a month, sometimes even 3 times per month.

All of a sudden she and her family's net worth to your restaurant has doubled and more - R18 000/annually!

Good restaurant advertising is painful at 1st as you don't see immediate results!

The impatient restaurant owner however will usually snort a little ad coke then get defensive about it:
