We are looking for an organised, energetic and confident Admin, Traffic & Sales Coordinator to join our team. 💼✨

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, keeping tasks organised, following up with clients and supporting the day-to-day running of a busy office.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Administration

General office administration and filing
Responding to emails and client enquiries
Preparing documents, quotations and other admin
Keeping client and company information organised
Assisting management and the team with daily administrative tasks

🔄 Traffic & Workflow Coordination

Receiving and logging client requests
Assigning and coordinating work between team members
Following up on outstanding tasks
Keeping track of deadlines and priorities
Communicating progress and updates to clients
Helping ensure work moves smoothly through the team

📈 Sales & Client Support

Following up on new leads and enquiries
Contacting prospective clients
Assisting with quotations and proposals
Following up on quotations
Maintaining relationships with existing clients
Identifying potential sales opportunities
Supporting the company’s sales and business development efforts

⭐ We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Is highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Communicates professionally and confidently
Has strong administrative skills
Is comfortable speaking to clients over the phone, WhatsApp and email
Is confident following up with leads and potential clients
Can work independently and take initiative
Pays attention to detail
Works well under pressure
Has a positive, professional attitude
Is comfortable working with computers and online systems

Previous experience in administration, sales, customer service, project coordination or traffic management will be advantageous.
