MOILATSEPE AGRICULTURAL PRIMARY COOP is located in Limpopo province,Sekhukhune district,Fetakgomo Tubatse Municipality at Ga Mahlokwane,Burgersfort.The Cooperative mainly deals with vegetables such as tomatoes, spinachs ,cabbage and onion ect,on a 2 ha land with canal as a water source and furrow irrigation system. The project started in 2014 by 4 beneficiaries, and they also consider casual workers during planting and harvesting period .Climatic conditions of this section are conducive for this type of production, because its summer temperature range between 25 and 35c ,while winter temperatures drops its range to 10 and 15c ,therefore they normally experience Summer rainfall ,which ranges from 460mm to 640mm per annum. The project is situated on communal land which is administered by the tribal authority; the land ownership is in the form of a P.T.O and -+5km from the tar road.The project is currently registered as a cooperative.The members of the cooperative ,management team have general knowledge on vegetable production and management ;therefore they need a formal training to run this cooperative successful. The cooperative will need the capital budget for improvement of farm infrastructure and purchase other farm implements or resources in order to fully utilize the the 2 ha of Land.
