Please don't leave your ink cartridges empty for long periods of time. Ink cartridges with printhead attached eg canon 445,446, Hp652, Hp123, have sponges inside. When left empty, the sponges becomes hard and when you refill, the ink cannot flow properly through the dry sponges. The nozzles (where the ink comes out) also dries out and get damaged. The refill then might take longer to work or not work at all. The quality of the refill rely solely on the condition of your empty ⚠️You can store your empty ink cartridge on foil on the fridge so it won't dry out🙋♂️🙌
