The most challenging thing I have ever faced in my Business was starting my email list and trying to attract and retain subscribers.

It was especially hard since I had no reputation or social following.

So why would people care who I am? 🤷🏻‍♂️

That’s why used some unconventional tactics to win over people and keep my subs interested.

The most important thing to remember when you are trying to attract and retain subs is that people will only stay if they get something out of it. 🤔

People are inherently selfish and don’t want to do anything if there isn’t something in it for them.

No one will randomly sign up to your list, but if they do, it’s a miracle.

That’s why you have to seduce them into signing up and staying on the list ✨

So get your notes app or pen and paper ready for some serious knowledge

1. Create a Lead Magnet that makes them think you are crazy for giving this away for free. It must be something they need and not something you want to give away. A great example would be a discount on their first purchase or a checklist with some serious value
2. Offer them exclusive and secret perks on the list. There is nothing people love more than secrets and exclusivity. An example would be a discount on a product or service that no one else has access to yet.
3. Create valuable content that is relevant to them. Give them a reason to want to open your emails and think WOW this just blew me away.

Turn your business into a gold mine with these unconventional time-saving hacks that costs you nothing 🌟

Being a business owner I Know sometimes you wish you have 25 hours a day just to get everything done, AM I right? 😖

I know when I am feeling stuck and overwhelmed, I like to go for a walk in nature just to get my creative juices flowing again because that is all you need sometimes.

You just need to get creative with your content like repurposing old blogs into something magical and new. ✨

There’s no point in sending an email just to send it out and hope and pray it works out.

Trusts me I have tried it with my own list and all I can say is it didn’t end well for me, but that’s a story for another day. 😂

1. Repurpose your content. This means you use some of your old blog posts, social media posts, or old emails even to educate and build trust with your subs
2. Do a collab with a company or influencer in your niche. This way it is less work and you will reach new people who maybe also be interested in your product/service
3. Use UGC content from your followers and previous clients to give your subs a taste of what it is like to work with you and build trust

Why is nobody talking about how to get more s**t done in less time? 😱

The problem I had when starting my business was that I had to do everything myself and work these 80-hour weeks just to get some results and not even close to what I wanted to achieve

If I am honest it was a s**tshow and not what I wanted to do at all. 😖

I never thought about giving up despite all the chaos and sleepless nights of constantly stressing.

This was the number 1 thing I said to myself before starting the bizz because I can never lose if I never give up.

It wasn’t until one of my good friends asked me how I was doing and do I need some help when right there and then I decided to get some help in business.

Without bringing in more people the business would have failed. ❌

Skip to now where I travel the world while working with several clients including making more than $10k with one email for my one client

So here’s what I would recommend if you feel you want to get more s**t done in less time:

- Finally don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it. You can’t do this alone
