The Desmond & Leah Tutu Legacy Foundation has launched Letters of Peace, a global call for unity, compassion, and conscience.

From a single sentence to handwritten notes and poetry to video and art, every Letter of Peace will form part of a living Peace Wall, unveiled at the 15th Desmond Tutu International Peace Lecture on 20 November 2025 at the CTICC in Cape Town.

Featuring Dr Shashi Tharoor as keynote speaker and a live performance by Mandisi Dyantyis, this year’s lecture explores Faith, Conflict, and Our Shared Humanity in a Fractured World.
