Customer Service Support Complaint.

Now Customer Experience is what retains your clients and Web Africa needs to get their act together.
They are under-resourced! Talk about getting an agent 24 hours later, 230 voice minutes later, 6 days on the whatsapp line and only getting connected after losing business, time and no production output because you can't work for an entire week.

They receive your payment on Day 1 and their billing dept says your line is active, let me know if you're having trouble connecting 🤔 seriously!!!
Not to find another agent who was more thorough, on Day 6 telling me that my line was cancelled... Huh... What...getting transferred to the provisions dept to reconnect my line, this agent stays on the line until we get through to Octotel to escalate my connection.

I'm flabbergasted!!! The incompetence and not properly trained agents, not to mention the annoying repetitive bot that gets you nowhere.
I'm not one to rant but web Africa is the pits when it comes to service delivery in their support dept, they suck!

Train your staff properly unless they're just lazy and rude - dropping my call when I call back and get the same agent
