JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will drive revenue growth through the sales cycle by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting our solutions effectively, and closing sales in a B2B, enterprise sales model. You will form trusted relationships with clients and work closely with a team of Enterprise Sales Executives under the CEO's leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop industry and product knowledge
- Identify target clients
- Engage with clients and build relationships
- Create solutions based on client needs
- Deliver compelling sales presentations
- Address objections and negotiate terms
- Close deals and meet sales targets
- Manage customer relationships
- Network and attend industry conferences
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Collaborate with sales team and other departments
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- 8+ years of sales or client success management experience
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant industry experience (advantageous)
- Proficiency in MS Office
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Relevant University Degree or Tertiary Qualification (preferred)
