DHL Stadium went dark. Then it came back to life: lasers mapped across the field, lasers cutting into the night sky, fire lighting the stands. One week ago, at DHL Stormers vs All Blacks in Rugby’s Greatest Rivalry, it became the first laser and pyro lighting show of its kind inside DHL Stadium with its new lighting capability 🏟️

It started a couple of months earlier, when DHL Stadium shared with us insights about new upgrades going into the venue: controllable LED lights and a screen upgrade, built for fans as much as for broadcast. Alongside South African Rugby Union and Bad Weather Productions we took it from concept to ex*****on 💙⚡️

With this DHL Stadium technology now in place, this is just the first of more to come.
