Dear Valued Customers,

We have been closely monitoring the ongoing turmoil arising from the taxi situation and have received distressing accounts of individuals encountering harm or assault while in transit or within areas designated as red zones. Consequently, a number of our staff members have been unable to leave their residences and cannot report for work. As a company, the well-being and safety of our employees are of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we have made the decision to immediately curtail our operations to ensure that our dedicated staff, who managed to be present, can come to work and return to their homes without compromising their security.

We acknowledge that this may cause inconvenience for some of our customers who are in need of our services. However, we deeply regret to inform you that the circumstances are outside of Fairstep’s control. Furthermore, a significant portion of our suppliers have also had to shutter their businesses to safeguard their own staff members.

We eagerly anticipate resuming normal operations once the situation has stabilized and will reassess the situation on a daily basis.
