One of our frustrations currently is helping clients to setup e-commerce payment options and courier accounts. It isn't our job but it's heartbreaking to watch the client go from excitement, to frustration, to despondency as they realize all they need to do. Many are not tech savvy. Many companies make it sooo difficult. Any ideas on how to ease this process? Maybe there could be an account for developers to get the ball rolling which doesn't include the clients banking details? Many start the process but then give up.
