Are you a business owner or freelancer? How was your week?

For me, this week has been about balance and learning to say "not today".

Life gets "lifey" sometimes and it's ok to step back from professional goals to give yourself over to other responsibilities. It's not easy. It may pause your growth. But it's vital to recognise when you need to make decisions that benefit your life as a whole.
