PHP Developer (Remote / Cape Town)

We are looking for a talented junior to mid-weight PHP developer to join our team. We are ideally looking for someone who likes working with WordPress and has a good understanding of theme structures.

Requirements:
* At least 2 years of web-development experience
* Experience working with Adobe Photoshop
* Experience with JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery

Additional or Bonus skills:
* Experience working with Laravel or Symphony
* Experience working with Adobe Illustrator
* Experience creating mails for Bulk Mail Systems such as MailChimp or Campaign Monitor
* Systems administrator skills

Remuneration:
Between R12 000 - R18 000 per month ctc based on experience.

We're ending the week off on a high! We are happy to have been a part of the project with Wrap it Up PR & Communications. The campaign we worked on for Stellenbosch University won a Gold Excellence Award at the annual MACE Excellence Awards. Congrats to all involved at Alumni Relations and thank you for including us on the project Lynne!

We've been bursting with excitement since last week when the campaign we conceptualised along with the Stellenbosch Alumni Relations office of Stellenbosch University won a Gold Excellence Award at the annual MACE Excellence Awards Ceremony held in Cape Town. Thanks to our creative partners Fox & Wolf who helped us plan, implement and measure the success of the campaign. It's been three years of working closely with the Alumni Relations office to further strengthen their connection with their alumni, who are asked to participate in TedTalk-styled talks to transfer the soft skills they developed in their careers to current students. This allows the students to better prepare for the world of work and their careers. Thanks Stellenbosch Alumni Relations for allowing us to walk this road with you! It's been phenomenal!

Modernising the heritage of a strong brand.

Agri-Tech needed to refresh its brand identity in a way that allowed it to position itself not only as an industry leader, but also an opinion leader in their field. For the Logo, Agri-Tech didn’t want something new, but rather a re-imagining of the (then) current logo. The symbolism of the old logo needed to be kept intact moving forward, but depicted in a way that is memorable, flexible, timeless, and most importantly: representative of the Agri-Tech brand values.

A bold, professional logo designed for MFD Services.

The goal was to design a logo that aligned with MFD's goal of being an industry leader in their field. Bold, Professional and Approachable were some of the key values that needed to be brought through in the logo, we then included a strong colour palette that differentiated MFD from its competitors.

Check out the Brand Refresh we did for Victor CNC Machine Tools.

The idea behind the refresh was to reinvigorate, but not change the current branding. So we modernized the logo and existing branded items to align them with Victors status as an industry leader in their field.
