The decision to open a new page was made to facilitate easy and legitimate communication from the current LSRC of Bellville. We believe that having direct access to our official page will streamline communication processes and ensure that you receive accurate and timely updates from us.

Furthermore, we would like to assure you that the previous status regarding affiliation, which was shared on our new page, is legitimate and solid. The content is consistent with the information sent via email to previously affiliated student structures. We stand by the accuracy and integrity of this communication.

Dear CPUT Bellville Students,

We understand that recent communication regarding affiliation and BGMs has caused confusion among many of us. To clarify the process, we would like to outline the steps for any structure or CSO (Clubs, Societies, and Organizations) wishing to affiliate under LSRC Bellville:

For Previously Affiliated Structures (Old Structures):
Submit the following documents:
Constitution
Proof of paid-up membership of 51 or more
Updated profiles listing newly elected executive members.
POA

For New Student Structures:
Submit:
List of elected executive members
List of signed-up members.
Constitution
POA
Vision, Mission statement, aims, and objectives of the student structure or CSO.

All student structures and CSOs must apply in writing to the office of the Bellville Local Secretary via email for affiliation with the SRC. The submission period is effective until the 6th of April.

BGMs (Branch General Meetings) will be communicated shortly to all structures and CSOs via the office of the Secretary on the same platform.
