We are urgently looking for a QA specialist that can start pretty much immediately on an international omnichannel eCommerce platform project.

You will be working remotely with teams based in SA, UAE, India, and the Philippines.

Key tasks include

• Perform quality assurance efforts on multiple application releases, monitor and document testing activities.
• Oversee multiple testing teams and coordinate the efforts.
• Design, develop and maintain test cases and strategies for multiple testing scenarios.
• Satisfy release deliverables, project testing requirements and other quality assurance responsibilities.
• Collaborate with team to understand product changes and QA testing requirements to deal with issues/defects in a timely manner.
• Establish a testing feedback loop with other suppliers and team members.
• Debug test environment, automate sprints and develop testing scenarios.
• Experienced with tracking all QA streams in a platform such as Spira Test a bonus.

Client Spotlight: Vergelegen Wines

Founded on 1 February 1700, Vergelegen (meaning “situated far away”), has been under the ownership of some of the world’s great explorers and visionaries, each of whom, in their own way, have helped shape Vergelegen into what it is today: a world-class Estate.

RHi Digital & Creative was tasked to redesign and develop the new Vergelegen website taking it from a static and old-fashioned site to a comprehensive virtual estate experience. Our work literally started in the vineyards, early dawn, art directing a two-day photo shoot to ensure we developed a consistent brand message through capturing the estate, its people, and its visitors. Combined with multiple workshops and delving into the rich historical archives of the Estate we crafted a cohesive look & feel and customer experience for Vergelegen.

RHi Digital & Creative is looking for a Social Media Strategist that is eager to kick off their career in the Digital Marketing and specifically Social Media Management space. The successful candidate will join a growing boutique agency based in Stellenbosch guided by seasoned professionals to help build our Social Media practice.

Candidate duties
• Social media management: Develop, implement and manage social media strategies and content on RHI Group & RHI Digital & Creative clients social media accounts/platforms including FB and Instagram but not limited (monitoring engagement and responding to questions).
• Reporting: Focus on both organic and paid social media as well as analytical reporting. Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

Candidate requirements
• Grade 12 (Senior Certificate).
• Appropriate tertiary qualification in marketing/ relevant field required
• Copywriting: Excellent writing and language skills with exceptional attention to detail (Good English language skills)
• Microsoft: Word, Powerpoint and Excel
• LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+ and other social media platforms
• Ability to prioritise, adhere to strict deadlines and manage your time effectively is essential.
