A small advice to boost your cv's:

Software Developer -find a church, small company, store in township; make a little piece of software or mobile app for them.

Websites Developer - do the same as above but make a website.

Networking Wizards - a five port switch is R150 and 5 fly leads cots around R 200. Find a small business, connect their PCs and let them share files.

Desktop Techie - Find a school or any organisation and offer free support, while you are there pimp them with tools like Skype, file sharing, Teamviewer, etc.

"IT all rounder" - choose any from above.

When done put it on your CV, HR will recognize your eager to go get it.
