We are one of only two South African Companies that own the top-end Digital Large Format Printer (the Durst Lambda 131) and the only one that is 100% black owned and controlled. The Durst Lamda 131 in our photographic lab differ from Inkjet in that an Inkjet image is from a printing process using droplets, or dots, and the Lamda is a photo process that produces high quality, continuous-tone, photo

graphic images. The continuous-tone resolution of the Lamda is comparable with a resolution of 4000 dpi of printers with half-tone dots (which is normally 720 dpi and maximum 1440 dpi). The Lamda can virtually generate any print size from icons to large murals. One seamless print can be 1.27 metres wide and up to 50 metres long.
