Building a culture means that as a leader, you choose to focus on your team's health and happiness so that they can do their best work, in a caring and supportive environment.

The reality is that the majority of people will continue to work remotely (or follow a hybrid approach). As a company, are you doing enough to still put your people first, even if they're not in the office all the time?
