Dear valued clients,
As concerns about the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 increase, I wanted to personally reach out to update you on what we are doing to care for both our team and clients during this time.
Our plan is as follows:
Working remotely, connecting digitally: As we are a small family business, already running from a home office, we are continuing to work normal business hours and have the resources and tools needed to do our jobs. There might be cases where our turn-around time might be longer than expected due to supplier logistics affected by COVID-19 that are out of our control. We will do our best to communicate this beforehand, should this be the case. We are hustling from home (as per usual) and here to support you with the best-in-class service you’ve come to expect.
Your health comes first: We are encouraging everyone to wash their hands, socially distance, and follow best practices to protect the health and wellbeing of themselves, their family, and our community at large. Additionally, we are asking you, our clients, to revert to digitally (via email, whatsapp & calls) discussing designs & orders (as much as possible). This is to practice social distancing as per the National State of Disaster guidelines. Please feel free to discuss orders via the above mentioned channels.
Should you be practicing social distancing and avoiding coming in direct contact with people unnecessarily, we can arrange for collections of orders via our postbox outside of our premises (where possible).
Taking care of one another: We want to help curb the spread and put you, our clientele, your families & loved ones, and our team's health as first priority during these times. So please don't be offended should we "elbow high-five" you or ask you to email us the artwork/ send me your instructions via email instead of discussing it over a coffee at our office.
We believe there is no need to panic but it is integral to practice wisdom and play our part in responsible business practices during these times.
In addition to these steps, we will be monitoring the latest information including recommendations from the CDC and World Health Organization and doing our part to stop the spread of this disease.
We will continue to keep an eye on the situation and make further adjustments to our action plan if and when necessary. The health and well-being of our clients, team, and community are of utmost importance to us and will continue to be our north star as we navigate the road ahead.
Thank you for your steadfast support of our small business and keeping our doors open—we are truly grateful.
Warm regards
