How to extract the flavour of NATURALLY into gin 🥃?

Pre-distillation:
juniper berries by squeezing them (to release the flavours and oils) and then dropping them into a tank of neutral alcohol - which extracts all the goodness from the berry.

Below is a shot from our of the natural colour of the juniper berries and alcohol mixture, before the addition of water and then takes place. 👌
