A 50% non-refundable deposit on the final quoted fee would need to be paid before installation date has been secured. This payment will be subtracted to the final quoted fee.
1.2. Therefore, your agreed date can change at anytime before the deposit is made.
1.3. If for any reason, you decide to cancel your installation, the non-refundable fee is forfeited.
1.4. Full payment of the price quoted wil
l be required on collection or delivery of vehicle, once completion of installation has taken place.
1.5. By accepting the vehicle, you are accepting the job as complete and that the performance is satisfactory. You are responsible for inspecting the product and or vehicle upon receipt.
1.6. If, for any reason, you decide to postpone your installation, there will be a penalty fee which will be agreed upon between the client and employee.
1.7. Payment of the 50% non-refundable deposit constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions, even if terms and conditions have not been signed and thus the terms and conditions will be binding once payment is made or terms are signed.
1.8. BAYGRAPHIX, has full right remove vehicle wrapping, branding if payment has not been made on the day of collection or delivery.
1.9. BAYGRAPHIX, has the right to alter the pricing structure at anytime related to the clients needs.
1.10. BAYGRAPHIX has the right to retain all designs, images, ideas and information and details within the industry.

1.12. Payments can be made by EFT only. If client would need to pay by cash or credit card this would need to be agreed upon between both parties.
1.13. BAYGRAPHIX is not a VAT registered Company.
2. Returns and Installation:
2.1. A 50% deposit is non-refundable.
2.2. Vinyl material is non-returnable once the material is installed per the customer’s personal request.
2.3. All graphic artwork and any ordered vinyl material for any project/s is paid by the customer 100% prior to ordering the product.
2.4. Once vinyl is installed all sales are final and there are no refunds.
2.5. If any issue arises the customer must submit their complaint in writing and give BAYGRAPHIX opportunity to see issue and try resolve the issue.
2.6. Since all wrap installations are customised to the customers specifications, BAYGRAPHIX must be given the opportunity to address any issues, including removal and re-installation time, if deemed necessary by BAYGRAPHIX.
2.7. Since it is custom installed to the customers specifications once the vinyl is installed all contracts are final no monetary refunds will be issued.
2.8. The customer accepts full responsibility for determining if said purchased item will perform to their requirements on the substrate/s to which they applied.
2.9. Vinyl material is a pliable plastic material that we make every effort to make it look as seamless as possible, however, there may be curves, bumps, rivets, moldings and deep-channeled curves that the vinyl will not be able to conform to. In some cases relief cuts need to be made or patches need to be installed to cover certain areas. Stretching will result in some shrinkage as it attempts to return to its original form/dimensions. As it shrinks, some minor tenting and lifting does occur and will be addressed, if necessary, in the 90-day period.
2.10. All vinyl material needs to be applied to “like new” vehicle finish for the best results.
2.11. There must be an excellent bod of the paint and its finish to the vehicle substrate. Any rust, bubbling, caulking, scratches, dents or other damage will be visible through the film, and such surface imperfections may damage the film or cause the film to fail prematurely. Areas repaired with body filer must be sanded, epoxy primed and finished with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture) paint or clear coat. Also, any areas with Caulking need to be re-caulked over the installed vinyl.
2.12. Any recently applied finish must be fully cured for a minimum of 30 days prior to film being applied.
3. Removals:
3.1. All removals are quoted separately.
3.2. Wrap removal can be very time consuming. BAYGRAPHIX charge by the hour for the labour of removals.
3.3. BAYGRAPHIX, will not be responsible for any paint, clear coat, or existing striping damage when we do a removal.
4. Creative Property:
4.1. All designs and concepts detailed have been developed by BAYGRAPHIX and are considered to be of a proprietary nature.
4.2. These ideas and concepts remain the property of BAYGRAPHIX. Should you wish to utilize any of the concepts and ideas in the proposal without retaining the services of BAYGRAPHIX, a creative consultancy fee will be charged.
4.3. The proposal presented remains the property of BAYGRAPHIX.
4.4. No photographs may be taken of any design/mock set up. Photographs will be sent to you.
4.5. BAYGRAPHIX has the right to make use of any images of the products and/or vehicle branding for their advertising media and website. If the clients have specific confidentiality requirements, they are to address their request in an email so as to withhold these images.
5. After Care of Vehicle Wrapping:
5.1. Keep the car out of direct sunlight for the first 2-3 days after installation.
5.2. Hand wash your vehicle bi-weekly with a nice soft sponge or rag. Strong jets can cause the vinyl to lift at the seams. Brushes and bristles can scratch your vinyl. And colours can start to fade and dull with repeated exposure to harsh chemicals and abrasives. None of these things will help your vehicle wrap last, so avoid them at all cost.
5.3. Don’t wax your vinyl-wrapped vehicle. It will degrade your vinyl and shorten the life of your wrap. (NEVER WAX or CLAY BAR) It will cause the vinyl material to turn yellow and crack.
5.4. Take care of edges particularly on doors/trunk/hood.
5.5. Remove bugs, bird and dirt dropping immediately as these can stain the wrap. Soak them and wipe them off without scraping.
5.6. Use aftercare products with a low ph, on a bi-monthly basis. Spray onto a microfiber towel or directly onto the surface. Wipe the surface clean, then turn the towel and dry. As this cleans and protect the wrap which ensures that is looks brand new for years. UPKEEP: It will take approximately 30 days for the wrap to cure. Graphic installation warranty covers minor lifts, and is good for 45 Days starting when wrapped vehicle is taken from our shop. It is up to the customer to maintain it.
6. Agreement:
6.1. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and will supersede all proposals or prior agreements, oral or written and all other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
6.2. This agreement may not be varied other than in writing, executed by the duly authorised representatives of both parties.
6.3. Terms inconsistent with those stated herein, which may appear on Client’s formal order, will not be binding.
6.4. Client acknowledges that the client understands the Terms and Conditions, and hereby agrees and accepts these prices, fees, charges, use of images, specification and conditions stated herein and authorised by BAYGRAPHIX to perform all work as specified.
