We’re looking for a vibrant, warm, friendly person to join our Customer Experience Team in Cape Town. It’s an amazing chance to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.This opportunity is suitable for someone who has experience working in customer services (preferably in a call centre environment), is a team player and has a passion for resolving challenges in a timely fashion.
As the Customer Experience consultant, you will:
● Interact with customers to make sure they know how to create orders and maketransfers
● Manage customer order entries
● Assist customers in making transfers via cellphone / internet banking
● Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone
● Perform general administration tasks
● Support other departments
Requirements:
● A valid work permit or equivalent should they be a South African non-resident
● Fluency in English
● Ability to comfortably engage with people
● Team player
● Excellent communication skills
● Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets and e-mail
● Strong customer service skills
● Great organizational and planning skills
LANGUAGE ADVANTAGES: Shona and/or Ndebele, Chewa and/or Nyanja, Hindi, Twi, Swahili.
