HAPPY YOUTH MONTH FROM KHONA COMMUNICATIONS!!!!

It's fair to say that the youth is no longer the future of tomorrow, but they are the future of today.
For the past year, we have seen our youth reaching for the stars like never before, the pandemic surely had nothing on them.

They used each and every struggle that they were facing, not only to motivate them, but to elevate them to the level that they wanted to be.
Whether it was starting a business through selling their pre-loved clothing items or simple just starting a dance trend on TikTok, they just never stopped believing in themselves.

At Khona Communications ,we are lucky to have some of these youth members as employees and they are beyond ambitious and have so much potential and we couldn't thank them enough for their awesome team work at Khona Communications.

We would would just like to tell the youth of Mzansi, that YOUR DREAMS ARE IMPORTANT, YOUR VISION IS IMPORTANT, YOUR VOICE IS IMPORTANT, YOU ARE IMPORTANT,
and never stop believing that you can achieve greatness and deserve happiness.

We all have the freedom to change our current lifestyle. We all have the freedom to create a space where we would feel free and be ourselves without the feeling of guilt.

Exactly 27 years ago, many South Africans experienced the freedom of choice, a choice that led our country to where it is today.
A country filled with many diversities, with so many potential and wonderful talent.
A country filled with a mixture of culture and amazing warmth and love, one that is admired by many.

To have freedom is a powerful tool, that could lead you to many things in life, such as endless opportunities and greater achievements.
What you choose to do with your freedom is totally up to you🙂 but remember that with every choice comes either a reward or consequences.

A few weeks ago Khona Communications had the privilege of working hand-in-hand with the Cape Innovation and Technology Initiative (Citi) in partnership with the Department of Economic Development and Tourism (DEDAT), to organize an amazing event that would showcase the hidden tech talents within our townships.

The Cape Town Township Tech Hackathon was a first to many and definitely not a last. Business owners, entrepreneurs and students from different townships and backgrounds, had the opportunity to participate in this event, where they had to use their tech-knowledge to solve social problems such as crime and other problems that rural communities and townships face.

They were also given the platform to pitch an idea and state how they would use technology to improve our country, and the ideas that they pitched, was beyond mind blowing.

Happy Human Rights Month From Khona Communications🥳

Our rights is what protects us from being treated unfairly or being discriminated against who we are and what we stand for.
Our rights gives us the freedom to choose, freedom of speech and freedom to be who we choose to be.
Our rights allows us to say NO in times of doubt and YES in times of opportunities

Remember that with every right comes a responsibility.
A responsibility to ensure that we practice our rights the proper way and not use it as an excuse to paint our wrongs right.

Let's treat our Human Rights as an Honour and not as a Privilege🙂

Marketing is the voice of your product or service. It gives just the right amount of information to your target audience about what your business is about and what you offer. To ensure that your marketing message stands out, here is a few steps you could follow and make your business a success through marketing:

•Focus on solutions- always make sure that your business offers a service or product that is currently a hight demand. If you do not have what your client is looking for at the moment offer and alternative solution and satisfy your client's needs.
•Aim At Your Target Market- you cannot offer chicken nuggets to a vegetarian, offer a product or service that will interest or relate to your target audience.
•Have A Loud And Clear Message- my boss always says "less is more", so make sure that your message is noticeable, clear and pleasing to the the eye of the reader.
•Create Good Content For Your Social Media Platforms- stay up to date with what is currently trending on social media, create new and improved content to keep your target audience interested.
