So apparently at the age of 37…and earlier…you can start entering menopause🫣

What this looked like for me was feelings of depression, anxiety, quick weight gain, tiredness…o and believe me, there’s a big list!! Of you start feeling these symptoms, maybe just go and check your hormone levels❤️

But this post is not about that. I want to thank for creating an environment where I can feel so strong and brave even though I still have a long wat to go. But for the first time in years I actually enjoy exercising and I love how empowered I feel💪🏼

Thank you to for creating opportunities for me to join an excellent facility like this.

Confidently You is having a first ever online pre-loved clothing sale! Most of the items in die images you would have seen me wearing on this page. If you feel their next destination is YOUR wardrobe, please DM me! If you want to make me an offer for all of the above items I will be more than happy to consider it.

These sizes range between 8-10 and one or two oversized items which will fit a size 12 as well. I’m 1.68m in height.

What I’ve Learned About Planning My Wardrobe_______

Planning my Monday-to-Friday outfits has been a game changer! It keeps my mornings stress-free, but I love having the freedom to choose my weekend looks based on how I feel.

It is so easy to end up wearing only 20% of your wardrobe—just like the stats say! Being more intentional has helped me rediscover pieces I love and create new outfit combinations.

Another lesson? Planning my outfits means planning my personal style. Instead of defaulting to the same looks, I’m refining what truly feels like me—and loving it!

And lastly, it’s helped me shop smarter. Knowing what I actually wear means fewer impulse buys and more pieces that work together seamlessly.

Taking a little time to plan my wardrobe has helped me feel more Confidently Me. I hope this inspires you to do the same and start feeling Confidently You! ✨
